orange's juice直翻是“橙的汁”,所以要与数量单位一起用,譬如“an orange's juice”一个橙的橙汁,“two oranges' juice”两个橙的橙汁.
但是因为饶舌,通常都写／说“juice from xx oranges”

没啥区别，语法规定而已。

's使用在人的身上，一般不是用在物品或者动物身上
