答：has to 和has got to尽管意思相同，但用法不同。前者否定和疑问句必须借助于助动词Do才行：
11.否定：John doesn't have to get up early.
疑问：Does John have to get up early?
所以其反意疑问尾句照其疑问及否定句式，用doesn't he?
后者has got to 形式上是一个完成式，has已经是一个明确的助动词，所以其否定句和疑问句就不需要助动词do帮助了：
12. 否定：She hasn't got to get everything ready.
疑问：Has she got to get everything ready?
所以其反意疑问尾句照其疑问及否定句式，用hasn't she?
