I am sorry to hear that you don't feel well and you are unhappy. Here is my advice for you on how to keep healthy. Balance diet is good for you to help you keep fit. You'd better eat healthy food. Drink milk every day. It is good for you to eat vegetables and fruit. Besides, you should do more exercise, such as, playing baseball, swimming and so on. Good food and exercise are helpful. What's more, you need enough sleep and it is very important. Try to laugh every day. I hope you can enjoy your life.
