在国际贸易中,企业和个人为了获得更大利益,通过对贸易国家的法律进行规避,从而达到获取利益的目的.这种行为严重冲突着各国法律的威严,因此完善相关立法成为需要解决的问题.本文通过对贸易中出现的规避行为进行分析,从中寻找法律规避出现的具体形式,并提出有关的解决办法,同时提出自己的主张.
