Dear Sir,
We are visitors who are going to stay at you hotel for two nights. We will check in on Jun25, and check out on Jun27,20 11.
I need a single room with a bathroom, three doble rooms with bathrooms.What is more, we need a meeting room from two to five in the afernoon on June 26 to have a business meeting.
Pleas tell us as soon as possible if those rooms are available , and how much deposit we have to pay besides the quotation of the rooms. Thanks,
