What are your views on foreign food?
In general, we are used to the food we were born with. But things are changing. With the development of international migration and trade people of different nationalities are coming into contact with each other on a much larger scale than before. From foreign food, you can understand a lot about another culture, so I love trying new dishes.
What kinds of foreign food do you like or dislike?
I do not like Indian food because I don't like the curry in it. I don't a few other foreign food either because they have fish in some way or other and I never eat fish in any form.
I have found that many foreign dishes are served with a kind of sauce. I think it is the accompanying sauce that hides all sorts of problems. I think if they were served without the sauce, I may not like them as I am.
I like English cooking very much. What can be nicer than the aroma of a piece of beef roasting in the oven, surrounded by crisp roast potatoes and served with puddings and vegetables. Follow that....
