thing,东西.普通事,无关紧要的事.
matter,通常是“成问题”或“不成问题”的事,指有点影响力的事情.
business,商务,生意（business is business,“在商言商”.）或者说是私事,比如说某事令人很烦恼,可用business.如果不是指商务,生意,business很少表示令人高兴的事.
