第一个笑话有点脏,我估计那个打骚扰电话的男的这样说是因为哮喘的声音有点像那个时候的呻吟,懂吗?
第二个比较容易理解,丈夫当然不喜欢自己太太说”这是我的第一次婚姻”,那不就意味着还会有第二次、第三次?
... they are not jokes... maybe it's just the author's attempt to be funny or something, but i wouldn't call them jokes. there are some humor in the first one, but it's a bad joke, and i don't see any...

the first one is just making fun of how the sister is in a really bad condition and got this call that made her more frustrated.
