第一句 what the best thing is 是动词know的宾语从句,原句是What is the best thing?问句作从句要变成陈述句形式.比如 where is the bus stop,Do you know where th bus stop is.第二句在语法上有误.is也应该倒过来,Do you know what the best thing to do is?但是口语中人们常这样用了,Do you know what is the best thing to do?再举一例 I know now what the best thing to do now is to take an action immediately.
