第一条选C,much后面接形容词比较级,good的比较级是better.
第二题你做的是对的呀,老师改错了吧,busy有两种用法,一个是:be busy with sth,还有一个是be busy doing sth.谁改的你作业? 相信我吧!

much就是用于修饰比较级的。不能说much good，搭配不正确。
第二个，没有be busy to do这种用法吧。有可能是is too busy to do sth.，太忙了以至于不能做什么。
