The sum of $116.000 and which is being paid by way of set off of the sum of $108.000 in accordance with what is stated below in Section 5.2 and 16.1.2,as follows:an amount in NIS equivalent to $8,000 (eight thousand US Dollars) will be remitted to the Company on the first bussiness day following signature of this Agreement by a bank transfer to the bank account referred to below in Section 21(this being in addition to an amount in NIS equivalent to $35.000 as provided above in Section 3.1); an amount in NIS equivalent to $20,000 will be remitted to the Company in accordance with what is stated in Section 5.2,and of the sum of $88.000 being transferred to Bank Hapoalim in accordance with what is referred to below in Section 16.
