*不是啊,比如下面两个句子：
--The most important thing is that we should go quickly.
最重要的事（一件）是我们必须赶快走!
--It is one of the most important things.
只是最重要的事（很多事情）中的一件!
*在修饰可数,不可数区别的时候要注意句子的意思来定,比如我将上面的句子换一下：
--One of the most important things is that we should go quickly.
那些最重要的事当中有一件就是我们必须赶快走!
--It is the only one most important thing.
这就是唯一的最重要的事情!

most如果作形容词，是many或much的最高级，即可以修饰可数，也可以修饰不可数，单复数都行。
比如：I have the most apples/money of all.
