To start with,in order to avoid dispensable problems due to the different lifestyle in society.Like some employment ,crime,living problems etc.Individuals have the obligation to ensure that their behavior is not set in stone.It is not uncommon that culture differences between the immigrants and the local redidents may cause tension and conflicts.Even worse,some may create alienation between peole.Besides,it is self-evident that the immigrants who cannot get into the local society are no unrealistic isolated.I would be hard-pressed to imagine that to be wellbeing without any new friends in terms of ina totally different nation.Whereas a vast number of people are not aware of themselves yet.
It may be tempting to argue that the immigrants should retain some of their traditions.This is reasonable to the extent that to promote the culture communication and interaction between countries.Futhermore,it may contribute the sense of belonging to immigrants while they are in exile.Despite that,due to the diffenrent cultural backgrounds,some new immigrants have a hard time getting accustomed to the local way of living.Meanwhile,if they do not intend to adapt the local lifestyle,the gap between people may widening.
he basis of the above discussion,we can safely draw the conclusion that,in spite of the immigrants should persist some of their old behavior.Accordingly,they need to learn to strike a balance between the traditions and new culture.
